It was love at first gear shift. I had never even heard of a Dodge Journey before. I guess it is supposed to be one of those “crossover” type vehicles.. with the frame of a car but the build of an SUV. My favorite feature was the glove box, because it had a little cooler for your drinks The more I drove it, the more curious I became, so I looked up some Dodge Journey Reviews online and it seemed to be a crowd favorite. I must say though, I was a little disappointed with the gas mileage. I get about 15mpg in my Magnum and that thing has a V8 Hemi! I was expecting at LEAST 16 mpg in this V6 Journey.. but nope. It stayed right around 15. I wonder if it has that Dodge engine displacement thing? Oh.. and I haven’t found one that comes in all leather. But when I do.. that bitch is mine! 8)

Speaking of purchases.. I just bought the prettiest dining room table ever! I’ve been wanting a nice table for sooooo long. The guy at Oak Express gave me a really good deal on a normally $1000+ table. It should be delivered sometime this week YAYYY!! I stole a picture of it from the catalog.

Not really much going on with me otherwise. I’m still staying busy as an office bitch and with my web design. I’m getting pretty skizzilled with my photoshopping enhancement work, which is always good of course Blahbitty blah. Just wanted to tell everyone that I am still alive.

I bought a new car! Well it isn’t BRAND new but it only has 17,000 miles so close enough . Behold my lovely beautiful amazing 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T. I haven’t had time to take any pictures of it yet so I stole some off of my dealer’s website. I still have my little white Stratus.. I couldn’t bare to part with it. Plus its nice to have a backup car just in case. P.S. I don’t think I will ever do business with Infiniti of Tucson again.

Rawr.. it’s rocking a V8 5.7L hemi engine, dual exhaust, all leather with heated seats (like I really need that feature.. lol), dual AC, boston premium sound system.. I could go on Yeah I’m in love.

Let’s see whats been happening in the life of Chels.. hmmm.. well my parents divorce is finally done. After two long years of court battles and mean ass lawyers. I really can’t believe it took so fucking long. UIadAHsdfsFJAHdfljd the STRESS it caused everyone!!! Hopefully now the family can do a little healing.

In other news, I WANT A NEW FUCKING CAR! I’m getting totally pissed at my Stratus. Shes given me some good years but I swear I’ve never had to put so much money into that little whorebag of a car before!! My dad helped me put a starter in her right before Xmas, $250, perfect timing and all. A few months ago I had to put a new fuel pump in her which was $300 or something I can’t remember. Then last week the ignition switch went out!! GRRR!!! I don’t care if there are 9238102938102893 miles on my car, I just hate spending money on it. I need to start a “buy chelsey a new car fund” – donations are welcome! :idea:

So It’s Memorial Day.. and I guess I have a hair up my ass because I’m wanting to go make an appearance at some car dealerships and see if I can get a smokin’ deal. I love my sexy Dodge Stratus.. but the poor thing has 106,000 miles and I’m a girl who craves change. I’ve been looking at those new Dodge Calibers.. pretty hot but also reminds me of a G’d out station wagon. The Nissan Maximas are sexy as fuck.. but sort of pricey. My budget is $20,000 so a Maxima is probably out of the question. I’m like a car salesman’s worst nightmare because I’m incredibly fucking picky. My thing is.. if I’m going to spend a shitload of money on a car.. I don’t want to have to *SETTLE* for anything, you know? If I want it in black then I’m not settling for beige type of thing.

And did you know that AIR CONDITIONING is a fucking OPTION? WTF? I had no idea!! Even in Tucson, Arizona where the high was 102 yesterday.. air conditioning is an OPTION. For fucks sake.. when you live in the desert that’s like a new house having bathrooms as an option.
